COVID-19 Public Health Rules: For your safety and the safety of our community.
Please be aware that Government Regulations (S.I. 560/2020) provide legal effect to the following safe operational rules for Hotels/pubs/restaurants.
The following measures will be in place for both guest and team members safety
(-) Monart is adhering to all published health protocols for the hotel industry.
(-) No more than 6 persons at a table.
(-) Multiple table bookings are not allowed.
(-) Alcohol is to be served only with a substantial meal.
(-) Alcohol may be served one hour prior to a diner reservation for residents only.
(-) Alcohol / Food service must cease by 11:30pm
(-) All meal times will be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure social distancing.
(-) Spa Therapies will be completed using international best practice to ensure guest and employee safety.
(-) All Staff and Guests are pre-screened before arrival for contact with or symptoms of COVID-19 with flexible rebooking offered to guests.
(-) Physical distancing is active within our buildings.
(-) Monart has appointed trained COVID representatives.
(-) All employees are trained to adhere to COVID protocols.
(-) Staff have been trained in the correct use and disposal of their appropriate PPE.
(-) Public sanitisation stations are freely available for guests.
(-) All public areas are sanitised to international best practice.
(-) Common touch points in public areas are hourly sanitised.
(-) Bedrooms and all bathroom surfaces are fully sanitised to international best practice prior to guest check in.
(-) All linens and towels are laundered to international best practice – utilising both chemical and thermal disinfection protocols.
(-) Monart is committed to a healthy working environment for all and has ensured supply of appropriate PPE, hand sanitisation, industry leading bedroom and public area sanitisation products, equipment, technology, training and protocols.
Monart Destination Spa – Residential Terms and Conditions
Our priority is to ensure a most enjoyable stay for you and all our guests. As covid-19 continues to impact on our communities, we have implemented a number of stringent control measures across every department of our destination spa. Here is a quick guideline update which may be new to our customers upon their return to Monart:
(-) Should you feel unwell, have a fever, a cough or shortness of breath we ask that you cancel your stay with us and we will be more than happy to rearrange for you to visit at a different time.
(-) Upon arrival at Monart, guests will be asked to remain in their car and as soon as possible a member of our concierge team will then welcome and lead you through to check in at reception to begin your Monart experience.
(-) Please consider utilising our “Check in Online” system – which will be e-mailed to you close to check in day.
(-) Where possible please check in online at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
(-) In order to maximise your experience at Monart, it is very important to pre-book treatments and your dinner arrangements. If you have not already made these arrangements at the time of booking, our reservations team are here to help you. Please contact us as soon as possible, before your arrival in order to ensure all arrangements are made for you.
(-) If you have a treatment booked you will be asked to fill in our online consultation form. This is important to ensure we reduce contact time at arrival to spa reception. This will be shared with you close to arrival day.
(-) Please note as part of our COVID protocols, all guests will be quickly temperature checked prior to entry to the Spa.
