What is Traditional Thai Massage?

It is said that Traditional Thai Massage has been practiced in it’s current form for at least 1,000 years. It is performed on a firm mat directly on the floor, fully clothed and without the use of any massage medium. With gentle to firm twists and pulls all of the body’s joints along with the muscles are manipulated so that after the treatment the body feels completely stretched, fluid and light which as most of us know has a profound impact on both our physical and psychological wellbeing.
