The thermal spa is included in all residential, day spa and membership programmes.
Our spa attendants are on hand to answer any of your queries and offer complimentary foot massages at dedicated times throughout the day.
Treatments

Relaxation Rooms
Our relaxation areas are for your use throughout your time with us. Perhaps curl up with a good book or relax after a thermal experience or simply sleep and prolong the effects of your treatment in the comfort of our light or dark relaxation room.
Get up close and personal with the surrounding countryside and take a walk on ‘The Gallops‘ our on-site 3km walk.
Classes
There are also a range of complimentary classes available to all residents, timetables are available on arrival. Classes include Rise & Stretch, Aqua Class, and Swissball.
